All items are shipped within two business days via standard Courier like Aramex, DHL, TNT etc.
TIMING OF YOUR SHIPMENT:
Rincheling Thangka art school uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all packages. USPS Standard Mail takes approximately 4-7 business days to most U.S. locations. Expedited shipping through the USPS is available, and can be selected online when placing your order. Shipping time estimates for Domestic USPS orders go as follows:
Standard Shipping: (4-7) Business Days
Priority Shipping: (3-5) Business Days
We are in the warehouse shipping orders weekdays, and no orders are shipped Saturday and Sunday. It takes approximately 1-2 business days for an order to be processed and then shipped. Please allow additional handling time for international packages and larger items. You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email the day your order has been shipped and received by USPS.
Return Policy
We do have return policy of 7 days. However, Buyers are requested to make thorough inspection before they make a decision to purchase. If the items reach there in damaged condition it has to be reported with proof like pictures and additional supporting documents so that we can verify and make necessary insurance claim.
If you have to return items returning Shipping and Handling fees are the responsibility of buyers. In order for the return to be accepted buyer has to inform it within 7 days and valid reason and proof has to be provided.

If you are awaiting delivery of an international package and delivery seems delayed please contact your local postal office. Most often packages are awaiting signature release at a local postal office and the addressee was not properly notified.
